Terms & Conditions Christmas Market 2026 Stall • You will be allocated a 6 ft x 2.6 ft table space in the Marine Centre. • Stallholders to bring their own table. Alternatively, we can provide a table for £10 per day, subject to limited availability. Please get in touch as soon as possible if you require a table. • Saturday & Sunday hire: £100 • Saturday only: £60 • Sunday only: £60 • Payment must be made by October 15th 2026. Utilities • Stallholders must let us know in advance if electricity is required. There is a charge of £5 per day. • A list of all electrical equipment must be provided in advance, and all equipment must be Portable Appliance Tested (PAT). • Only the electrical items listed in advance may be used. Unlisted equipment may cause interruptions to the power supply. • Gas will not be supplied. • Gas cannot be used. Health, Safety & Licensing Alcohol Stallholders do not require a separate licence for the retail sale of alcohol, as The Marine Centre is a licensed venue. Please let us know in advance if you are selling alcohol by emailing welcome@saundersfootharbour.co.uk. Food All food stalls must have the appropriate food hygiene certification. A copy must be provided to welcome@saundersfootharbour.co.uk. Public Liability Insurance All stallholders must have their own Public Liability Insurance. If this was not included with your application, please send a copy to welcome@saundersfootharbour.co.uk. Cancellations • If you are no longer able to attend the Christmas Market, please let us know as soon as possible. • Full refunds will be available for cancellations received up to and including 15 October 2026. • For cancellations made after this date, the Marine Centre reserves the right to retain the stall fee in full. • If we must cancel the Christmas Market, we will offer a full refund of the stall fee. No additional compensation or reimbursement will be offered. The Marine Centre will be open to stallholders during these times to set up their stalls. Stallholders may leave their goods in place overnight at their own risk. The room will be locked outside of the Christmas Market opening hours. Vehicle Access & Parking Parking is available in the harbour car park. Please note that the car park operates an ANPR system. A parking ticket must be purchased after entering the car park to avoid receiving a parking charge. Parking costs £2 per hour or £15 for 24 hours. During the Event Trading Hours All stalls must be fully set up and ready to trade by the opening time each day and must remain open until the market closes. Applicants who are unable to trade for the full duration of the event will not be considered. Take-Down Saturday & Sunday Hire 4:00pm – 5:30pm on Sunday 6 December 2026 Saturday Only Hire 4:00pm – 5:30pm on Saturday 5 December 2026 Sunday Only Hire 4:00pm – 5:30pm on Sunday 6 December 2026 Stallholders must pack away their stalls and vacate the building during the designated take-down period. All stallholders are responsible for taking home all waste generated by their stall. If not, there will be a £50 surcharge.

Cancellations
