• Saundersfoot Harbour accepts no liability for damages caused to person(s) by plaques.
• Saundersfoot Harbour, should they need to, will notify the applicant in the event that the plaque is damaged. The applicant should ensure that the Harbour is in possession of current contact details
• Saundersfoot Harbour reserves the right to remove any plaque that have been damaged and are in the view of the harbour beyond economical repair or have not been repaired within 3 months of the notification referred to in 2 above.
• Saundersfoot Harbour accepts no liability for damage to any plaques from vandals, third parties or whilst the harbour carries out ground works in proximity to the plaque.
• Plaques will be in place for 10 years only.
• The plaque shall be installed by the harbour team.
• Saundersfoot Harbour accepts no replacement liability for the plaque at the end of its useful life.
• No maintenance shall be carried out by a third party.
• The plaques may need to be moved at times as per the requirements of the harbour operations.
• The plaque donor will submit potential wording for the plaque to Saundersfoot Harbour who will work with a company stipulated by Saundersfoot Harbour.
• Saundersfoot Harbour will not be responsible for changes to the plaque once the donor has submitted their form.
• Any replacement plaques in the 10 year period will be made for by the donor and an installation fee will be charged.
• No flowers or decoration of any kind can be left by the plaques, they will be removed by Saundersfoot Harbour.
