Update on Marine Centre of Excellence's Restaurant Development

The Outstanding new business opportunities that are available in one of Wales’s busiest fishing and tourism destinations include what will be the newest and possibly best positioned restaurant in Pembrokeshire, maybe Wales! The Marine Centre of Excellence will offer a unique trading location and proximity to the beach and coast which is set in the UK’s only Coastal National Park. The new facility will include:

• Activity/watersports facility (72m²)
• Engineering workshop (160m² at 4M height)
• Chandlery/ Commercial unit (88m²)
• Marine /Engineering servicing/brokerage (248m²)
• 10 short stay accommodation rooms.
