The event is hosted by Dyfed Powys Police, The reason this event is hosted is because they have a responsibility to inform the public about certain legislation and issues. Their main aims for this years event will be to promote micro-chipping, Help promote the new Dog Watch scheme that aims to tackle dog fouling issues in the local area, Bring the community together and help promote local businesses and dog services and lastly is to promote responsible ownership. The Police k9 unit will be there to show how the dog units work in real life. Overall this event is a good day out for all the family
